How we use it

• To send order updates, payment reminders, account statements, new product launches and price updates, including through WhatsApp.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

WhatsApp messages

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to message dealers who have shared their number with us. You can stop promotional messages at any time by replying "STOP" or telling our team. We will still send messages needed for your orders and account.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as accounting software, messaging providers and transporters), and with authorities when the law requires it.

Storage and security

We keep information for as long as needed for business and legal purposes, and protect it with reasonable access controls.
